On June 8, 1938, with the approval of Congress, then President of the Nation, Robert M. Ortiz, signed into law 12 361, available June 20 as Flag Day and national holiday in honor of Manuel Belgrano, who died on June 20, 1820.

Today, in our country there is a huge number of musicians and music workers, including sound technicians, assistants, technicians and lighting designers, unemployed.
